If your order is paid but a result is not delivered (for example, your file could not be processed), you can resend your file and we will process it again — no additional payment needed. If processing still fails after attempts, contact the assistant and we will resolve it individually.
Not happy with your analysis or rewrite? Message the assistant in Telegram and describe the issue. We will review it and, where reasonable, redo the service or issue a refund.
