What we process

• Your resume file, only for the purpose of the service you request (analysis, rewrite, cover letter).
• Your Telegram user ID, to deliver results and manage your orders.

Retention

We do not store your uploaded file permanently. During processing, the extracted text is held temporarily (up to 1 hour) in an encrypted key-value store so your result can be delivered and, if needed, repaired. After that it is automatically deleted.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
• We do not use your resume to train AI models.

AI processing

Your resume is processed by an AI provider (DeepSeek API) solely to generate your analysis and rewritten documents. The provider receives the text of your resume for that single request.

Payments

Payments are processed inside Telegram using Telegram Stars. We do not collect or store payment card data.
